Unfortunately, due to the limitations of the small business, no refunds are given at this time. Exchanges are accepted within five days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer.

Every NADI piece is one-of-a-kind and after all the care we put into it, we don't want to take a chance on breaking it in shipping.

Packing Material
When it comes to packaging, we are trying to be as eco-friendly as we can. We use a combination of recycled packing materials - corrugated cardboard, biodegradable peanuts and bubble wrap. Although paper packing is more eco-friendly it is also heavier, driving shipping costs up and making large pieces in a box more susceptible to breaking. 

Shipping costs

We charge an additional $6 handling fee for packing materials and labor for a single piece. Please contact us to inquire about shipping and handling cost for larger orders. Packing and shipping fees differ depending on the size and destination. Let's make it a fair transaction for both parties.  Items will be shipped out within five business days via USPS or Fedex.
